Stop Sitting Down
As of the moment, a lot of people spend more time on their couch instead of working out. For years, we are already aware of the adverse effects of living a sedentary lifestyle. It can increase the risk of cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and other illnesses that could lead to death. And there’s another reason for you to stand up and keep going.
According to a study by the MD Anderson Cancer Centre, inactive people have 82% higher risk of dying from cancer. They compared this to highly active people.
