You might want to start your day with a delicious papaya yogurt bowl. You just need to wash your papaya, remove the seeds, place the greek yogurt on top of the papaya and sprinkle it with nuts.

Papaya jam

How about creating your own healthy jam which the entire family will love? It’s easy to make. Just mash five cups of ripe papaya, 1/4 cup of orange juice, dry pectin, and honey as a replacement for sugar. Stir the papaya, orange juice, and dry pectin together in a large pot on medium-high heat. Wait for it to boil and add the honey. Continue stirring until the boil returns.

Green papaya salad

Just toss Thai chilis, sweetened lime fish sauce dressing, papaya, carrots, garlic, honey, romaine lettuce, and cilantro. It’s so easy to make and is perfect if you are a busy person but would like to snack on something healthy.

You can add some boost to your baked salmon by making your own papaya salsa. Just combine papaya, green and red peppers, lime juice, onion, and coriander in a bowl. Season it with salt and pepper.
