Here are some tips that you have to consider if you are still a fan of high heels.
Choose the right heels
It is ideal to choose the right heels if you want to spare yourself from pain and other foot conditions. Instead of stilettos, you can get yourself a nice wedge or platform, or maybe choose shoes with thicker heels.
Stretch your feet
While sitting down, you can do simple stretches for your feet. You can do ankle circles or you can flex your feet for a couple of times. This is good because wearing heels can actually tighten your muscles.
Don’t forget to massage your feet
If possible, always have a pair of back-up flats in case your feet will hurt. But if you forgot to bring a pair, then make sure to give your feet a quick mini-massage. You can use your knuckles and rub them onto the bottom of your feet. This technique will give it an instant feeling of relief.
Use Epsom salts
Did you know that Epsom salts can do so much for your body including your feet? You see, Epsom salts can help in reducing pain and is known to improve circulation. We suggest that you soak your feet in Epsom salts for about 10 minutes.
Put your legs up
And when you are already at home, we recommend that you put your legs up against the wall. You can do this for around 15 minutes. Trust us, you’d be more than ready to wear heels the next day.
