How to do it:
- Start with a comfortable sitting position and smile as wide as you can.
- Then, lift your cheeks up towards your eyes.
- You will slowly start to feel the stretch and strain on your cheek muscles.
- Shut your eyes for a better lift.
- Hold the posture for 15 seconds, then relax your face.
- Repeat for 15 times.
2. Lip pull
Another variation of the cheek lift exercise.

How to do it:
- Stand up with a good posture with your head in its natural position.
- Push your jaw out and lift your lower lip as high as possible.
- You should be able to feel the stretch on the muscles directly underneath your chin.
- Hold the position for 10 seconds, then relax.
- Do this 10 times every day.
3. Smiling fish exercise
This is a great facial exercise to firm and tone your cheeks to reduce the fats from your cheeks.
This exercise is also known as the fish face exercise. It is one of the best facial exercises for cheeks. The best part is that you can do it anywhere! In the bus, the train, at home, or at work. This exercise helps in toning and spreading cheek muscles and lose the cheek fats fast.

How to do it:
- Suck in your cheeks.
- Try smiling.
- Hold the position for 5 seconds.
- You will be able to feel the burn in your cheeks and jaws.
- Repeat this 5 times.
4. Air in mouth exercise

How to do it:
- Take a deep breath and fill your mouth with air.
- Push the air to your right cheek and hold for a minute.
- Then, push the air to your left cheek and hold for another minute.
- Move the air to the upper lip and hold.
- Bring it down towards your chin and hold.
- Release the air.
- Do it 8 times a day.
5. Mouthwash move
This exercise will help to strengthen the cheek muscles and also help in reducing double chin.

How to do it:
- Fill up one of your cheeks with air.
- Next, transfer the air from one cheek to the other.
- Continue for a minute, then relax.
- This is similar to what you would do while rinsing your mouth with water.

- Just take a chewing gum and chew it for 2o minutes, twice a day.
7. Rotate your tongue
How to do it:
- Keep your mouth closed.
- Stick your tongue out inside your mouth so that it touches the outer side of your upper teeth.
- Your tongue should be in between the upper and lower teeth.
- Rotate your tongue clockwise.
- Do it 10 times.
- Now rotate your tongue anti-clockwise.
8. Xs and Os
This exercise helps to burn the fat from your cheeks.
How to do it:
- All you need to do is make exaggerated motions using your facial muscles while pronouncing the letters X and O alternately.
- Do this exercise 10 times daily.
