Everyone is practically blasting their air-conditioners right now because the temperature is just too high!  People are building their portable swimming pools just to ease out the heat. But another way to fight off the temperature is to make your own cold drinks. Always hydrate yourself not just with water but with other beverages as well. First on our list, of course, is our all-time favorite lemonade. Add honey and ice and you are all set. Other versions include milk, lemon’s pulp, and peel.  Feel free to make your own based on your preference.

Iced-Coffee

If you love coffee, drinking it hot right now might not be the best option. You can add almond milk, cinnamon, and nutmeg. It’s like having your own Starbucks at home.

Tea-Based Iced Beverages

If you don’t fancy coffee, then maybe you can use tea. There are so many options to choose from. Our favorites are the following:

You need the following ingredients for this awesome drink. Boiling water, lemon juice, watermelon juice, vodka, and fresh mint leaves.

Peach Moscow Mule 

This is a non-alcoholic drink that most people can enjoy. Grab some peaches, blackberries, and a non-alcoholic ginger beer. You can make this is less than two minutes!

Low-Carb Margaritas  

It’s another easy beverage to create. Prepare your lime juice, orange extract, and of course, your tequila.

Smoothies

You can also create smoothies for yourself or for your kids (if you have any). Nothing can go wrong with this. If you are going to do this for yourself, you can add your collagen as well How about making the following:
