Just mash five cups of ripe papaya, 1/4 cup of orange juice, dry pectin, and honey as a replacement for sugar. Stir the papaya, orange juice, and dry pectin together in a large pot on medium-high heat. Wait for it to boil and add the honey. Continue stirring until the boil returns.

Just toss Thai chilis, sweetened lime fish sauce dressing, papaya, carrots, garlic, honey, romaine lettuce, and cilantro. It’s so easy to make and is perfect if you are a busy person but would like to snack on something healthy.
