Thus, you have to be extra careful.

You can massage your neck for around 10 minutes and make sure to do a break in between. Don’t over massage your neck as it can cause strain.

Never forget your sunscreen

Like your face, or your entire body for that matter, your neck needs an ample amount of sunscreen. If you don’t do this, you will soon see signs of aging like lines. If you often wear clothes that reveal your neck, then you are prone to damaging your skin due to sun exposure. That’s more reason for you to apply sun protection.

Don’t forget oil to rejuvenate your skin

Use olive oil or chamomile oil on your neck. Be very careful when choosing your product. We highly suggest getting the pure form to reap its full benefits.

Yes, you can use a natural mask for your neck. Our favorite is mashed ripe banana which can be mixed with olive oil. If you want, you can use avocado instead.
