Change your routine before your travel dates
We recommend that you slowly adjust your routine according to your destination. For example, you can eat 30 minutes before or after your scheduled lunch, depending on the new timezone. Sleep and rest as much as you can

Being in a long haul flight does not mean you should really sit down the entire time. That can also make you feel sluggish. The best tip is for you to stretch a bit or walk around. A number of exercises can be done even while you are on the aircraft. Here are few ones that you can try out.
- Neckroll – Slowly roll your head and do this at least 10 times on each side.
- Knee lift – While sitting, lift your leg one at a time and repeat it 10 times for each leg.
- Forward bend – If possible, bend forward while on your seat and see if your chest can touch your thighs. Hold it for 15 minutes and go back to your original position.
