Strawberry skin benefits

They are rich in vitamin C and antioxidants that offer skin lightening and brightening effects. They also contain ellagic acid, an antioxidant which protects the elastic fibre in our skin to prevent sagging while protecting the skin. As strawberry are naturally acidic, they help to remove excess sebum in the skin to prevent and reduce breakouts and oily skin.

Happy skin

The alpha-hydroxy acids in the strawberry help to remove dead skin cells and fade scars and blemishes.

Lemons are excellent in helping to brighten the skin. They also help to keep the skin soft and smooth. However, if you have sensitive skin, you can take the lemon out of this recipe.

Greek yoghurt

The yoghurt contains lactic acid to help reduce blemishes and smoothes rough skin while moisturising the skin.

Honey

Honey, too, is great for your skin because it keeps your skin moisturized. Plus, its antibacterial properties help fight acne-causing bacteria.
