This is what you will need:
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 clove chopped garlic
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Apart from cooking with and eating garlic, the juice of fresh garlic will also strengthen and harden weak, brittle fingernails. Garlic has selenium that helps to keep your nails strong. Garlic also has tons of antibacterial and anti fungal properties which are beneficial for nail growth.
The orange juice provides vitamin C that aids in growing strong and healthy nails, and the olive oil will help to keep your nails moisturised.

- Squeeze 1/4 cup of orange juice.
- Chop up 1 clove of garlic into fine pieces.
